If the biggest mystery about the mani/pedi world is whether quick and cheap can also equal heavenly and chic, then Bloomie Nails has solved the puzzle. With several “more than just your average neighborhood spot” locations around the city, a manicure costs $12, a pedicure costs $27, and a mani/pedi combo is $39. You can walk right in, services don’t take more than a hot-second, and the drying stations have mini TVs. Our only complaint about the joint is their website–it only seems to work half the time, so go ahead and write down the closest location. (BTW: credit cards are only accepted for services over $20.)
