With women’s haircuts starting at $200 this midtown salon, is not altogether pocketbook friendly, but is worth its weight in gold, or in this urbanista’s case, plastic. But the top-notch haircuts aren’t why we are recommending Miano Viel; instead, we think the salon’s tucked away spa does truly expert eyebrows (although they are p.r.i.c.e.y.).
