Everyone knows that Anastasia Beverly Hills is the only place to go to if you are looking for perfect arches, and lucky for us, Anastasia has two little-known New York outposts. The only hitch: the salons are located inside Sephora, and any urbanista can attest that a makeup emporium is hardly a relaxing brow-shaping environment. But, if you can put up with the busy, bustling atmosphere, you’ll walk away with killer brows. Don’t be alarmed, btw, if the technicians pluck away using stencil…it sounds weird–and it kind of is–but The Word according to Anastasia is that there are four basic brow shapes that fit with every face shape, and the stencils are designed accordingly so there’s never a miss-hit when it comes to placing your arches.
